You’ll assist both tourists and local customers, making sure they hit the road with a smile and peace of mind. You love variety, adapt quickly, and remain calm and customer-focused—even during busy times.
What Will You Be Doing?No two days are the same with us! You’ll constantly be on the move—from welcoming customers at the airport to delivering vehicles to resorts and hotels. You’ll play an active role throughout the entire rental process.
Your tasks include:● Welcoming customers and guiding them through the car pickup process● Drafting rental agreements with a focus on service and sales opportunities● Inspecting returned vehicles for damage and technical condition● Cleaning and preparing cars for the next rental● Handling customer inquiries via phone and email● Preparing the daily schedule and handling admin tasks● Contributing ideas to improve our service and processes
Who Are We Looking For?You're customer-focused, hands-on, and self-reliant. You’re flexible and handle every situation professionally.
We’re looking for someone who:● Has at least MBO-level education (or equivalent)● Has experience in a commercial or customer-facing role● Holds a valid driver’s license (Category B) and feels confident on the road● Speaks and writes both Dutch and English fluently● Has technical insight and can assess vehicle damage● Stays calm under pressure and works accurately and efficiently● Is available to work on weekends● Is a true team player with a positive attitude
